MIS is privileged to help rural villages construct ‘cereal banks’ of grain which store food supplies for those difficult times between planting and harvests. Many Senegalese can appreciate the story of “Joseph” (Youssoufa) who helped the Egyptians in a time of famine. These are opportune times to help and teach.
